What are Angels?

Angels are defined simply as ENERGY—energy expressing itself on all planes of nature. All forms of energy, from electrons to cosmic forces, are essentially angelic.

This leads to the question of ether, which is described as the substance created when a Logos infuses life into a defined space. Ether is the primordial field from which worlds arise.

The relationship between angels (energy) and ether (substance) is total. The author analyzes creation through three attributes:

  • Mind (plans and directs)
  • Energy (arises from mind contacting ether)
  • Matter (ether condensed by angelic builders)

The author explains that devas and elementals are responsible for condensing, shaping, vitalizing, perfecting, and dissolving forms. Eventually, science will recognize these “mysterious lesser lives” that structure all forms. He concludes with an invitation to explore this hidden world with scientific rigor and hermetic analogy.
